A considered brand and website, designed to put the work first

Studio Willis
What We Did
Brand Identity, Website Design
Studio Willis is the practice of Emma Willis, a designer-maker and artist based in North Shropshire
Emma needed a brand and website ready for New Designers London and life after graduating from Hereford College of Arts. Her considered, thoughtfully-made pieces called for a direction that was clean and minimal, letting the work take centre stage.
At the heart of the identity is a minimal logotype paired with a maker’s mark. Designed with a subtle double meaning, it reads as either SW for Studio Willis, or EW for Emma Willis. A small detail that speaks to the same care and intention found in her work.
This is just the beginning of the project, with the website set to develop and grow alongside her practice.
